On July 25-26, the 2024 Electric Power Construction Technology Development Conference and the First Electric Power Intelligent New Construction Equipment Exhibition, hosted by the China Electric Power Construction Enterprise Association, were successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Wuhan Haomai, as a professional provider of secondary testing solutions for power systems in China, was invited to make a heavyweight appearance and gathered with industry elites to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on innovative achievements in load simulation based relay protection vector inspection technology and the latest relay protection testing technologies.

 
 
 

 

 

 

During the product display, Wuhan Haomai highlighted the solution of load simulation based relay protection vector inspection. The new test device for primary current boosting of the H TB-8000 large transformer adopts the method of applying voltage and current in the same source to generate a three-phase power frequency voltage with determined amplitude and phase sequence. After boosting, the voltage is applied to the tested equipment to generate a current with determined phase relationship. The test voltage and current are converted into secondary voltage and current through transformers, and then enter the relay protection device to complete the protection vector check. This scheme can be used for CT vector inspection of the main transformer casing. When verifying the differential of the main transformer, the injected current can pass through the main transformer.

 
 
 
 

The HTA/HTV wireless remote control digital intelligent current source/voltage source adopts the test method of applying voltage and current from different sources. The test voltage and current are generated by the voltage device and current device respectively, and the phase difference between the two is controlled by the test controller. The test voltage and current form a fixed phase relationship and are applied to the tested equipment. The relay protection device is checked for vector with a single current and operating voltage. This scheme can be used for single-sided multi interval vector inspection. Simply select an injection point, adjust the knife switch combination, control the current path, and complete the vector inspection of each interval one by one.
